Kape Balai History

Back in 2020, when the world was turning upside down, my husband and I found comfort in something simple, our love for coffee. It was this small daily pleasure, enjoyed in our own home, that inspired us to start Kape Balai.

We wanted to extend this warm, home-brewed experience to more than just our close ones. Today, Kape Balai has grown, reaching hotels, retail stores and beyond, but our goal remains the same: to share the simple joy of a perfect cup of coffee.

As former OFWs, one thing we always made sure to bring back from home was coffee, a comforting reminder of where we came from. That deep connection to home inspired us to explore and refine the best Filipino coffee. After countless trials, we found our champions Sagada, Benguet, Kalinga, and our House Blend each one carrying the rich flavors and traditions of our land.

These blends have become our pride with the Dark Roast House Blend as the latest addition, crafted for those who crave bold, full-bodied perfection. What started as a simple love for coffee has grown into a mission to bring the flavors of home to every Kabayan abroad because no matter where life takes us, a familiar cup can always bring us back.
