What coffee varieties do you offer?

We offer a wide range of Filipino coffee varieties including Barako, Arabica, Robusta, and Excelsa. Each variety is carefully selected and roasted to bring out its unique characteristics.

How should I store my coffee?

Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigeration as coffee can absorb other flavors. For best results, consume within 30 days of roasting.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we do! Our Lazada shop is open every Friday, allowing us to ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays, our designated shipping days. We use local couriers for deliveries every Saturday and Sunday. For bulk orders, we also ship via Victory Liner for pickup in Cubao, Pasay, Sampaloc, and Antipolo.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international locations. Shipping time and cost vary depending on the destination.

What are your delivery timeframes?

Baguio City: 1-2 business days

Nationwide (Philippines): 3-5 business days

International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our website or the courier’s tracking system.

Oo, nagpapadala kami sa buong Pilipinas. Ang aming Lazada shop ay bukas tuwing Biyernes upang maipadala ang mga order sa Sabado at Linggo, na siyang aming nakatakdang shipping days. Ginagamit namin ang mga lokal na courier para sa pagpapadala tuwing Sabado at Linggo. Para sa maramihang order, nagpapadala rin kami sa pamamagitan ng Victory Liner para sa pick-up sa Cubao, Pasay, Sampaloc, at Antipolo.

We work directly with local farmers and follow strict quality control measures from bean selection to roasting and packaging. Each batch undergoes quality testing before shipping. Our Single Origin Coffee has been checked and profiled by our partner Cup Profiler to guarantee premium quality.

Where do your coffee beans come from?

We collaborate with local Filipino farmers who practice sustainable farming methods. We ensure fair compensation and support community development in coffee-growing regions.

What roast levels do you offer?

We offer medium and dark roasts, carefully processed to highlight the best flavors of each coffee variety.

How long does your packed coffee last?

Our ground coffee and coffee beans have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months when properly sealed and stored. To maintain quality and flavor, keep them in a cool, dry, and dark place, away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture.
